RECIPE: - 2.5 cups all-purpose flour - 1 tsp baking soda - 2 sticks of butter or margarine, softened - ¾ cup granulated sugar - ¾ cup packed brown sugar - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 2 eggs - 1 cup dark chocolate chips - ¾ cup crushed pretzels - ¾ cup dried cherries - ¾ cup roughly chopped salted nuts 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F 2. Combine flour, baking soda & salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar & vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Stir in all of the mixins. Drop by rounded spoonful on an ungreased baking sheet. Pat down slightly to flatten a bit. 3. Bake for 9-10 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes then remove to wire racks to cool completely. *Adapted from the classic Nestle Toll House Recipe!
