I stumbled upon this old black-n-white series called "Aesop Fables" from Van Beuren. This character is called Countess Cat. She's pretty much similar to Ortensia or any female character in a Felix cartoon, but with a Betty Boop voice. And in one short, she plays a mermaid. So, we have something for Mer-May as well!
