In the past I would laugh about it, I did not believe in love and even less on such ambiguous concepts. Now I believe in soul mates and in the japanese legend it is believed that one is born with a red thread of fate, which can be tangled but never break and connects you with who you are destined to join. At the other end of the thread, there was always Drac.

       as soon as he saw her head over to where he was, Dracula's heart slightly squeezed with anxiety and he somewhat froze. his scowl turned into a doubt-filled grimace while she approached, and his shoulders raised and his posture hunched over even more than it already had been. however, he turned to face her, offering Ericka a tiny, nervous smile of his once she spoke up. oh, dear.        ❝oh, nothing -- nothing. i was just uh...❞ bright blue eyes flickered from the side back to her a couple of times. ❝it's been a long night, and i'm a little tired, is all.❞ would she buy it? probably not -- he'd never been good at lying. what was he worried about, really? this was all very silly of him.
