      Iris was finding it more difficult getting adjusted to life in Beacon than she had originally thought. After years of pretending nothing hurt her anymore, it was a cold wake up call when it actually had.

                                         R e m i n d e r s.

      The town was full of them. The burger joint where her and Laura would eat on Friday's. The woods where her and the Hale children would run and play at a young age. The high school where she would pick up Laura to ditch early.

                                      So lost in thought she hadn't realized she was staring, or at least looked like it, at a boy a table over from her. Iris gave a smile, though it wasn't real. "Sorry, am I creeping you out?"
