A Group Of Black People Protecting A Cop Who Got Separated From The Others
The PNC Broadway in Louisville series is staring down a landmark season for 2018-19, one that will be defined by the best of Broadway past and present. The cultural phenomena that is "Hamilton" clearly leads the way, and it has already catapulted Broadway in Louisville to an all-time high in season subscriptions, with around 16,000. It will run June 4-23, 2019. "It's the crazy show that's changing the face of Broadway," said Leslie Broecker, president of PNC Broadway in Louisville. [. . .] "Hamilton" tickets have traditionally been incredibly hard to get, and the only sure way is to be a season subscriber. Many fans subscribed to last season in order to get first dibs on subscribing to this season. A limited number of new season subscriptions go on sale Thursday and around 30,000 single tickets will be available next year. "It's absolutely impacting the series because it's going to pull in a new group of people, certainly younger people, which is always great because with natural attrition it's important to us to always be building audiences," Broecker said. Here's how to get tickets: A fresh batch of season tickets go on sale at 6 a.m. Thursday [March 1], and will be available at www.BroadwayinLouisville.com; by phone at 502-561-1003, Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; and at the PNC Broadway in Louisville box office, 620 W. Main St., Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Prices are $246-$844, depending on seat location. On-sale dates for single tickets are usually 4-6 weeks before a show opens. A good way to score tickets is to join PNC Broadway in Louisville's eCLUB, said Broadway Across America director of public relations Matthew Porter. And now other news outlets are following suit. 100% irrelevant, absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Hey guys I normally don’t post this kind of stuff on here, but we desperately need your help! My friend Vicki who I work with has recently been threatened with foreclosure. She has lived in her home for more than 30 years, but due to recent popularity in the Schnitzelburg neighborhood, investors are after her house. She had been raising her daughter as a single parent all while attending college. Now she has a lot of accumulated debt from college loans, and hospital bills and doesn’t have the money to pay off the foreclosure. Vicki and her daughter have been working dozens of hours of overtime trying to raise the money to keep their home and have launched a crowdfunding campaign that has already raised $5,000 from their friends and family, which is half of their goal of $11,200! They really need this house, Vicki had planned on retiring in this house and doesn’t have the money to buy another one if her home is foreclosed.

LMPD Officer Katie Crews allegedly celebrated a protester getting hit by pepper balls amid recent demonstrations over the death of Breonna Taylor.
Officer Katie Crews, who was placed on administrative reassignment Monday in the fatal shooting, posted a Courier Journal photo of a protester across from her and said "I hope the pepper balls that she got lit up with a little later on hurt."
