She’s a mix between ncr and independent vegas! Her dad has helped out the ncr since before she was born, they’re all afraid of him and they all love Lynn, she thought it would be a dumb idea to waste the power she has… so she had Yes Man help her kill Kimball so she could just kinda.. steal the ncr…

4.Give us a summary of their backstory.

Well… She was born in Texas, her mom knew she wasn’t in a good enough position to care for a kid so she asked her cousin, August to help her. He agreed, cuz he’s a softy, he had a friend of his watch Lynn while he was out working. That worked out fine for about 3 years…and then some raiders attacked the town Lynn lived in. August decided it would be safer to take Lynn with him to the Mojave, so they packed up their stuff and fully moved to New Vegas. She started helping her dad out with the ncr, her dad is also a shady bastard and was also helping out smaller communities. So Lynn grew up with a weird opinion on the ncr. She helped out her dad til she was around 23, then she decided she needed to get a job of her own. She became a part time courier, so she could at least get a little money for herself… and i guess 2- 3 years later the game starts… 

5. What’s their full name and does it have a meaning? Do they have any nicknames and how did they get em?

I think I’ve answered this one somewhere but it was a while back and I can’t find it now...

Her full name is Lynn Elizabeth Chelsea! It doesn’t have a lot of meaning other than August’s mom’s name was Lynn. She doesn’t really have any nicknames beyond people calling her sweetie and stuff when she was younger.

HE... is usually a little tongue in cheek or sarcastic and usually pretty deadpan about it so it can be hard to pick up on LOL

he has done no companion quests except the ones for ED-E and the dog... none of his human in-game companions have liked him all that much loool although i think lily probably thinks hes precious

oh he’s a big thief. he can’t help himself but to steal.... no matter what

oh yes he can... it’s a skill he’s had to work on since he came out into the wasteland. but his FAVORITE thing to cook is a nice fire ant fricassee.... anything he can make that has some nice complex flavors. he learned how to make BREAD .. (unleavened) which he likes...... his least favorite foods are things like blamco macncheese... potato chips.. cram.. dandy boy apples. anything like that he considers to be toxic junk food and he avoids it at all costs

oh yes he killed caesar and vulpes ... as WELL as legate lanius...hes not a big fan of the legion. he kept the ncr officials alive because they are sometimes useful to him

yes he gambles and hes fairly lucky

boone loves him of course, veronica talked to him once and that was...oh you know... arcade is terrified but horny, and him and raul are acquaintances 36. why did you create them?

he can play the guitar and harmonica and he can sing but even boone’s only heard him sing like, once

stimpaks mostly but he doesnt want to look like a pussy in front of boone so he does it in secret

uhhh not really i dont think

when he talks to strangers hes pretty cold but with his close friends hes surprisingly warm. he lacks some social knowledge so sometimes he says really weird shit but like, his loved ones don’t really care

james likes to travel, he likes seeing new things and he loves the kind of silent bonding you have when youre traveling with someone. he’d never admit it though. also he doesn’t really prefer roads or desert

he definitely has some kind of mutation that makes him really fucking strong. like i dont know how it got in his genes but its there he just is really strong

43. do they watch movie holotapes? what are their favorites? least favorites?

yes!!!!!! james and josie loved to watch westerns when they were little (it contributed a lot to their concepts of cowboys!) he really hates science fiction. absolutely hates alien movies 44. what do they do with the lucky 38? do they like being there? do they leave their companions there? if they’re a yes-man courier, do they open it back up as a casino?

he uses it as residence for a while during new vegas but like, after that he just hoards stuff there

45. what do they do after hoover dam?

he and boone move to a terrible awful definitely haunted barn by horowitz farmstead (past the one w raiders) and they just kinda chill. he goes back into the strip every now and then, and goes to goodsprings often to see his sister (who opened up a bar competing with the prospector saloon w her wife sunny smiles). also one day a little girl wanders on to their property and shes an orphan and james and boone adopt her! her names sadie
