they decided to kill MR. HOUSE just because he was rude. they didn't give a shit about any of his machiavellian plans.
they also decided to destroy CAESAR and his LEGION through the long game. jonny boy played FMK with the 3 heads of the legion and outfoxed them all in the end. (vulpes inculta was spared execution, but he wore an explosive slave collar for months. he was very angry when he learned the charge had been removed before it had even been placed around his neck, but then he accepted jonquil's marriage proposal.)
and as for the NCR, well, jonny dear was born in vault city, and knew what the NCR did to absorb it into their territory - and also what it was like to be born a citizen. rest in fucking pieces you misogynist fossil states.
