Be praying for Courtney as well. She's doing God's work in Uganda right now, helping bring hope, redemption, awareness and love to a lot of children and a really broken culture.

She's an awesome gal and her team is doing awesome work and could benefit from being lifted up by us all.

I was just thinking about the fact that right now Courtney is in Uganda and Hope is in Honduras and Natalie and Shelby and Erika are all working at camps this week and there are probably others who are out there doing awesome things as I type this and I just wanted to say that I am proud of my tumblr women. You are kingdom warriors. You are light. You are encouraging and inspiring to all of us here as you let God use you to make a difference where you are. I am praying for all of you, and maybe my followers would like to join me :)

Yes. A few people. My sister is first to come to mind though. :)

47. Do you miss the way things were 6 months ago?

In some ways, yeah I really do. But I know things happen for a reason so I trust in that and know things are how they should be right now and I’m happy.

So I normally don't do these things, but hey, it's 1:46 a.m., and the world's ending today. Might as well...

1. You’ve got 5 minutes left to live. Who do you call? 

Is it weird that I physically feel anxious just thinking about this question? There's so many to call. I would probably call someone that I'm not sure is saved. I know that sounds completely snobbish in the most Christian way, but it's the honest truth. The doubt of whether or not I'd see this certain person again would definitely force my hand to dial their number promptly.

2. What’s the weirdest dream you’ve ever had?

Brad Pitt proposed to me, and I refused.  Do I need to elaborate any further?

3. If you could domesticate any animal for a pet, which animal would you want?

Probably one of those giant eagles from The Lord of the Rings. They come in handy when you're in a tight spot, for sure. (Because I need to be saved from an ex-bestie wizard or flowing lava allll the time.) If not, probably a snow tiger or something. Think about it: people going around, naming off the pets they have. Cocker spaniel, siamese cat, ferret. "Audrey, what pet do you have?" "I have a snow tiger." BOOM. You've won the "Who's Got the Coolest Pet" contest...forever.

4. Do you think there’s a difference between the words “sparkle” and “glitter?” If so, what’s the difference?

Deeeep. 

Sparkle doesn't need to be actually seen. When someone tells me "You had a sparkle in your eye.", I'm not exactly thinking he saw a white diamond-shaped flash of light come and go in my iris/pupil. With glitter, I quote the wise man, Demetri Martin: "Glitter is the herpes of arts and crafts." No one likes herpes. No one.

5. What’s the thing you’re most grateful for this year? This week? Today?

This year? Honestly, a toilet with plumbing and a bed. I've been without. That porcelain throne is the most wonderful throne out there. I'm also thankful for YOUTH CALL, the friends it's given me, and the lessons I've gleaned from it...even if they were gleaned at freakin' 3 a.m. during yet another discussion on Calvinism.

This week? That this "end of the world" thing will be over. If I hear about the Mayans one. more. time. So help me...

Today? I would elaborate, but then I'd get all gushy, and he'd be embarrassed. He's kind of included in "all the above" by the way, but that'd look excessive... :)

6. What’s a book that you have read multiple times? And if it’s a series, is there a book from the series that you like the most?

Wuthering Heights. The fact that I keep returning to such a depressing book really speaks volumes about me...I guess I have a thing for fated relationships with underlying incestful undertones. Heathcliff was adopted, so it wasn't that weird, right?

7. Are you indecisive?

Yes. No. I mean, yes...wait. Give me a sec.

8. Do you watch/do you like Arrested Development? If so, hit me up. I wanna be friends. 

I don't believe in violence or affectionate abuse, but friendship works for me :)

9. Favorite ornament on your Christmas tree?

Which tree? I've got five. (I wish I was joking). This is like asking if I have a favorite child..in which I would reply, "Of course I have a favorite!". I love my Nutcracker. It's big compared to the tree, and looks freakin' awesome near the Christmas lights ...(insert "That's what she said." joke)

10. Do you have a song that is a guilty pleasure?

"Sk8r Boi" or "Wannabe". Do I really need to explain?

11. Which Spiderman movie was your favorite? 

The one that started them all. Team Toby all the way...even though Andrew Garfield is something to look at. However, nothing beats the scene in the first one. Come on, all girls know the scene...my jr. high schoolgirl mind was blown. Kissing a superhero? Upside down?! In the rain?!? After he's saved your life?!?!? Spidey senses tingling allll over the place. HOT. 

Did I just take a superhero movie question and make it undoubtedly inappropriate? ...Problem #4892 of a female nerd.
