Pride Month 2022 - “Rhea” Covenoftails

A gift for my sister, depicting one of her Pittie babies, Rhea. As a sister and as a LBGTQIA+ Ally; it's not hard to see the battle for basic human rights for the LBGTQIA+ Community has been taking its toil on many of my friends and my family; my sister especially. Plus with some ongoing stress with her work/life balance (SO MANY ANIMALS NEED HOMES) I wanted to make her a little something for Pride Month. UPDATE 6/28/21...and some kittens need help

Sorry for the spaced-out drawing warm-ups; I’m finally back at my Cintiq, however .......not really.... because I’m now helping my younger sister (CovenofTails) out with some very small rescue kittens who have to be fed every 3 hrs. And during the gaps I basically either eat or take care of my own animals so I haven’t had time to actually sit down and DRAW as much as I would like. 

That said; she is doing a fundraiser for them as of right now. Just with our own animals plus 5 kittens with needed vet care; none of us can really afford this and all local shelters are full because of “kitten season”. (And we are all EXHAUSTED) We’ve been helping foster and rescue animals for years but we could really use the help this time. It will cost about $150 to get each kitten vetted and we wanted to have sponsors if possible; (all donations help though) If you sponsor a kitten, we will let you name it!

It’s been a project of my sister’s and her girlfriend’s to try and promote their 32 animals and someday start their own rescue. Their dogs now even have modeling gigs!
