This is the last of the 3 #Gratitude wines that I received from @jaksliquor and @okcrushpad .  It is, like the previous 2 wines full of juicy fruit flavours.  Something to enjoy this Spring and Summer during #covidl9 Gratitude by JAK's Red 2019 ($21.99) -  A blend of #Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and #Syrah. This wine has a medium garnet colour, translucent with consistent colour from rim to core.  It has a medium intensity nose showing aromas of smoky raspberries, red cherries and black cherries; ripe aromas.  This wine is a little off-dry, with medium-plus body, thicker mouthfeel, round and soft.  The tannins are overall light from start to finish. This is my 2nd order from @joeyrestaurants during #covidl9 . I enjoy their Happy Hour menu which is 9n till 4pm daily. I picked up: Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Yam Fries, Seared Salmon Sushi, Sliders Royale Duo . Warning that the Serrano chili on top of the sushi is quite spicy. I enjoyed the beef slider with a glass of with Château Argadens from @maisonsichel #Bordeaux. Nicely matched. I had this same wine for #dessert with the bonus chocolate cookie which also works!
