I'm a manager at the non-tractor store. My job is signage. I always get my ad signs in a box the day before the sale. So I put up the signs and even though it's crazy busy with a skeleton crew, I get it finished. I'm thinking I done good because it wasn't hard. The very next morning, I walk in at 7am to find the DM and he is pissed! "Wheres the fucking ad signs?" And I'm like, they're up? He walks to the back office and brings up another box with 8x11 signs that I didn't see the day before. FML.
