Yesterday's and today's run. I got new capris. They're the same type as those leggings I love (that will be too hot for this weekend) except they come with pockets! Look at those bad boys. They can fit my whole hand! They can fit my phone if I need them to! Magical. Little too warm for the 83 mutha fuckin degrees it is today but they'll work.

Ran to see my little turtle friends 🐢 its been a rough day and I was really gonna make today an unneeded rest day but I figured that wouldn't actually help anything.

The first three were inside but it was just too hot. So I took Cas for a quick walk and then did three more outside. It was around lunch time on a Friday so the traffic was super annoying.

Another hilly one. I really wish I had the slightest idea of what the weather will be like on race day 😒 its like I barely know how to dress myself anymore. I mainly just don't want it to be, like, 80 or some shit. But today was nice. Sunny, breezy, I might even call it down right pleasant. Also. My braids the last two days have been great and no one has fully appreciated them so here ya go.

5 very hilly miles followed by some yoga and a bit a weights. Now I'm gonna refuel by eating various sweets.

My day started at 5:30 this morning and I was miserably tired all day. I am so ready to sit on the couch and cry at this is us some more.

I'm glad I did this. I needed to do this. Physically it was way easier than mentally. Until I got to the shower where water hit my chaffed asscrack and I proceeded to cry. I guess beauty really is pain cause my butt looks beyond fabulous in these pants but they betrayed me. But anywhoozle. I like proving to my stupid brain that I can run far as fuck fairly easily. Time to go eat a huge bowl of cheesey broccoli rice.
