my weekends
Desperately avoiding the Sunday scaries 💜
girlssss, alert the press!! i’m actually wearing something that isn’t black 🖤🤎🫶🏻
It’s single digits outside so staying cozy inside.
I cleared everything off of the days schedule so I could stay home and do nothing all day
Little Break In The Uk Heatwave
Obviously, nothing really stops me from my lully little fuzzy socks. That being said it’s nice to have a break in the heat and cozy up on the sofa. A nap and Lion king is on the cards today 😍 my shifts at work really wiped me out this week!
There's snow on the ground outside...it's chilly, but not freezing- or perhaps not biting is the right word...regardless, it's none of your concern; you're tucked up in bed, snug as a bug in a rug.
Grumblegrumble...
Oh yeah, and you're hungry- super hungry in fact. Not for lack of available food, mind you; there's enough things to munch on downstairs to feed you 5 meals a day for 3 months straight if you really wanted to eat that much...so why, pray tell, have you not eaten yet today?
Simply put: you're lazy. Alright, perhaps that's a bit harsh...more accurately, the combination of a warm bed and a cold outside doesn't exactly conduct itself to getting up and doing anything, yes?
Nonetheless, your inactivity means that thus far- as the clock approaches noon -both you and your unborn have of yet gone unfed this day...and your stomach is not happy about it; nearly every other moment it seems, a pang or growl or some other sensation of emptiness rips through your tummy, accomapnied by no small amount of squirming and wriggling from inside your womb.
The food is right there- your stomach seems to scream -why do you not eat it? There's nothing stopping you; you could just slip out of bed and waddle downstairs, pile your plate high, and stuff yourself silly...but you get cold easily, and any warm pajamas are oh so far away...okay, they're maybe five steps at most from your bed, but who's counting? Your tummy, that's who~
If only in an attempt to distract yourself from your appetite- after all, your partner should be back within the next hour or two to feed you without you having to lift a finger (as it should be, considering you've been bearing their children these last five years) -you turn on the TV in your bedroom, trying to find something to watch...
Unfortunately for you- as you roll onto your back, rubbing your round and taut middle with both hands -all the channels you come across seem to revolve around food, further intensifying your appetite...
You can't help it; you feel the hunger inside of you, gnawing at you...you think of naught but food and your mouth grows wet- your stomach growls...knew you no better, you'd say you can actually feel your empty gut squeezing and contracting inside of you- thrashing about inside and trying to escape in order to feed itself, since you yourself refuse to~
You plead- beg, even -with your little ones to please stop torturing their mama with their incessant wriggling, compounding just how hungry you feel...but, understandably, they do not.
Before you know it, you hear the oh-so-familiar click of the front door...and finally you relax, because your partner has returned to take care of you~
Hope you enjoyed this one! I've decided to make my POV character for these an elf lady- a heavier one at that; I figure having it be a non-human will allow me to...get creative, shall we say- that is, by having it be another species, I can play around with the biology more y'know? For example...she's been carrying her partner's kiddos for 5 years as I mentioned (a side effect of their long lifespan, you see), and it doesn't look like they're coming out anytime soon~
