sanrio Twilight
Another sanrio inspired pony head shot! Twilight this time! This was actually the first one I made, idk why I ended up posting them the wrong order xD The rest are sketched and the canvases are waiting for me to have time to get back to painting
Orca and Red Panda
2 friends gifted me an orca plushie and a new red panda plushie and I'm obsessed with them, so I had channel that into some art! This one has been made fully in gouache, I've been really enjoying my monthly break to do some traditional art. Back in October last year I got a mystery box of schminke acrylic paints and then right before I left for the holidays I managed to open it and try the paints inside It was so ridiculously fun!! And omg high quality acrylics are a whole other world from what I'm used to, the good news is that I might actually like to paint with acrylic afterall (all these years I always felt like i was fighting with them when i used them) but the bad news is that i have expensive taste xD

Eeee!! One of my favourites! I changed the naming scheme from the rest of the set because it worked so well as a pun I also rarely draw insects so it was a nice exercise, I'm so glad I actually manged to squeeze an extra pair of arms in there
Twilight
The super chibi Twilight I posted yesterday was fun to draw, but I wanted to also try a more put together drawing of her. It's somewhat inspired by the sketchbook cover I made a few years ago, I knew I wanted it to be focused on Twilight, but I wanted to make sure she was still surrounded by her friends <3
