haha i love that thought as well!!! Gavin just keeps talking as he glances them over to make sure they aren’t dying or anything. Just stuff like “I can’t bloody believe you two, you always do this. How did you even get blood behind your ear? What do you mean that’s not your blood? You two are unbelievable, Geoff is going to loose his mind. Stop having a laugh! Let me help clean up at least. You’ll just put the bandages on wrong. No don’t sleep you tosser! I don’t know if you’ve hit your head or not! You could be concussed!”

Ray meanwhile is much more silent, just like looking them over and wrapping up their hands and wiping up their faces. He’ll glare at them the whole time, they’ll know he isn’t happy with them. But at the same time they both know that Ray isn’t going to be able to get them to stop. Sometimes he’ll even ask to get dragged along. Not to fight but just to be an extra eye on the two of them. He says its to be an extra gun in case shit goes down. But really he just feels better when at least theres a better chance of him being able to defend them and get them the fuck back home if one of them gets severely hurt.

(2/2) when he cant but needs to jeremy (and sometimes ryan) will take him out to find old cars in the dessert to beat with a bat.

aaahhh bless you!! I love this idea! Especially when Jeremy and Ryan take Michael on days Michael is also just feeling angry, that kind of anger laced with anxiety and fear, that seems to flow through your veins that you just need to GET OUT and Michael was never very good at keeping it in for long and if he doesn’t get some way to release it, he’ll blow up at everyone. and its never very pretty when that happens. So beating up old cars with old baseball bats is a much better way to help Michael work through his shit. Its probably Ryan’s idea at first, he knows the kind of anger Michael fumes with and knows Michael needs a way to just be able to destroy something with his own hands. but then Jeremy starts coming along and soon its just Michael and Jeremy going out in the middle of nowhere, driving old cars that just barely get them there, beating the shit out of it until its a shell of parts that can’t even be reused, and calling the others for a pickup (usually Ryan).

to add more on thoughts on: Jeremy and Michael both have histories with underground fighting rings. those kinds where you get slapped next to an opponent and told to just go at it, nearly beating each other to death, fighting dirty when you need to, fighting like your life depends on it because in that moment it does. Michael did them more because he enjoyed it as a way to make money, Jeremy because he needed the money desperately at the time. And every once in a while Jeremy and Michael will disappear for a night only to come back in the early morning, bodies bruised and noses lined with dry blood but handfuls of cash and a shared grin between the two. It worries all the others to no end, but the boys will not give up their “fight club nights”. Plus they know that if anything were to happen, they’d have each other.

Tagged by @onewiththestarcult.  I answer questions about an OC and provide three questions for the next round. I think I’ll use Jennifer/Sunstone from my story Terminus/Tectonite. Hoo boy.

1. Any note worthy mental illnesses that they have to battle with? 

Jen has awful delusions and illusions that she sort of struggles through. Sometimes Jen has to take a mental health day but she always acts really happy and supernormal because she really doesn’t need additional stigma in her life.

That being said, when Adrian tells her about his issues she becomes The Mom even though he has a personality disorder and not a psychosis or any psychoaffective comorbidity. Bruno/Cahuide had an awful psychosis when he was alive and she was his bestie until he died, and she feels sort of responsible even though it wasn’t in any way her fault so she basically bites anyone who attacks Adrian in any way.

2. If they were to have a pet what kind would it be?

She has two. A dog and a rat. The dog is like. A bear dog. It’s huge and fluffy and friendly. The rat is named Mrs Emily Poppington. The bear dog is named Jonathan Porpentine. Just. WOW JEN

3. Are they good with plants?

Weirdly, yeah. She has a tiny garden out back, mostly Three Sisters stuff but also a bunch of edible flowers and just plain pretty stuff.

(there’s a fishtank where the venus flytraps and pitcher plants grow but no one knows about those)
