Quick question

Okay, so I’m writing a story and both of my main characters wear glasses. But I don’t. Soooo, can anyone tell me what it’s like when your glasses get rather cracked, and you just have to deal for a bit? Like, what’s visibly like, how DONE do you usually get, how fast, and at what specific things? Also when they get fogged up. Thanks! >^w^<

Edit: What kind of crack are we talking?

Like, if someone fell on them and they were in their pocket, only wrapped a few times in cloth.
