Silverknowes to Cramond today.
Was planning to walk over the causeway to the Island, but another sore fall on my way made me think again.
I didn't abandon the whole walk, but ended up at my doctors surgery getting cocodomal and ibuprofen gel. The pain has eased, but I really have to start paying attention, my long walking days are over I think......

Went for a walk along the banks of the Firth of Forth today and came across Eagle Rock. Generally believed to be Roman in origin it was very impressive to see a carving still so recognisable after 1800 odd years of weathering.
