The Holidays are almost here!
One day before serving, combine in large bowl and refrigerate overnight: 2 c. frozen chopped cranberries 3 c. mini-marshmallows 3/4 c. sugar (you can use some Splenda)
Serving day, mix the following items together: 2 c. diced apples 1/2 c. halved grapes (red ones look best) 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. whipped heavy cream (one 8 oz. carton)
Stir the chopped items into the cranberry mixture. Chill. Enjoy!!
