….I’ve IDed as Crankcase for a couple months now? My *main* kin is well over a few years though.

I was pretty close with the other Scavengers, and Thunderwraith/cons4eva. If I had friends before the war, I don’t remember them.

I had little fangs! I got them either right before the war or in the early stages when it was still confined to Cybertron.

8. if u could meet anyone from ur canon now, who would it be?

I’d meet the other Scavengers, I suppose! I miss those good good rowdy boys.

11. what do u miss most from ur canon?

Either Cybertron in all its pre-war filth and glory, or being on the WAP with my friends.

Ring - your relationship with a cc in canon vs your personal memories?

Well, I was a lot closer to Grimlock than canon shows. I mean, yeah I was kind of callous & the whole thing with Demus did happen but I really liked the big guy. He was good company.

Movie reel - favorite moment in canon that you can’t stop rewatching?

Hmm… I always like rereading the 2012 Annual, honestly. I can’t stop rereading the Remain In Light arc either, it’s just so good.

Thought bubble - favorite memory?

My memories aren’t super clear, but I am very fond of one that I have of standing high up somewhere and looking out over the city as it lit up at night, and watching the stars. I can’t remember if anyone else was there, but it’s one of my favorite memories.

Achilles Heel: What’s your kintype’s (or one of them) biggest flaw?

I’m an asshole. Kidding, kidding. Kind of. I suppose it would be the fact that I was so bitter I missed out on a lot of opportunities to make friends and enjoy myself.

… Primus, I’ve learned nothing.

Valentine: What did your kintype love the most?

Flying! I may have been a grounder, but I really loved to pilot. I was only okay at it, but I genuinely enjoyed it. I also really liked knowing as much as I could about the different ships in the armada, it rarely came in handy but I remember takig pride in the amount of trivia I knew.

Planets: What reminds you of home? Why?

Cityscapes, space/galaxy pictures, neon aesthetics… Neon cityscapes remind me of Cybertron before the war, and that’s home to me.

Rosery, dagger, chains

Rosary: What made you feel safe?

Fully charged guns and my back against a wall. Look, by the end of a 4 million year war, there’s not a lot that makes you feel safe. Being around the Scavengers was the first time I could really let my guard down.

Dagger: Was your kintype the type to be betrayed or to betray? 

I mean... Decepticon, betrayal... they kind of go hand in hand. I acted in my own best interest most of the time, and if that meant betraying someone, then I’d probably have done it (as long as like, I didn’t know them. That would be different). It’s not like most people liked me, they’d probably have done the same to me.

Chains: What did your kintype hate the most? 

People touching my helm without asking me first like a decent person. It’s surprising how often people tried to touch it, and I hated it. It’s really uncomfortable to have someone trying to touch the gaping hole where half your head was blown off if you don’t trust them.

5: what’s your most vivid memory?

Um… I have a memory of exploring a wreck with Flywheels and the other Scavengers, before Fulcrum joined us. That one’s pretty vivid. I’ve also got another vivid one of a city burning, when the war was just starting. Watching it fall was strangely beautiful, but horrifying at the same time. I think that may have been the first time I realized how much change would cost.

8: have you ever just randomly remembered something during your day?

Yeah! It happens more often with my other kintype but I do get random flashes sometimes. The most recent one I got was just a memory of stargazing back on Cybertron while I was walking around my campus after dark!
