Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup pepperoni slices. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Spread marinara sauce over each chicken chunk. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and pepperoni slices. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
