HAPPY BIRTHDAY KARL URBAN [JUNE 7 1972]
As unrealistic as it sounds I would do ANYTHING for some kind of Rohan Eowyn and Eomer spin off book or movie, like if someone who was maybe a Tolkien scholar wrote a book about what their lives would’ve been like before the events of LotR I would be so happy because I love Rohan so much I want more backstory on my favs💔
My next project: I am going to try my hand at a reader insert!
I have an idea for an Éomer x queen consort!Reader which is essentially a modified Éomer/Lothiriel. And there can be some smut!
Who's with me?
𖣂 ── ❝ No Woman ❞
Chapter 3/3
CHARACTERS : Éomer / Lothír. Both are genderbent and one is transmasc. RATING : M┃ WORD COUNT : 3.6K chapter (total: 9.4K) WARNING : voyeurism, transvestigation. But the offending party gets put in his place. Bigtime. SUMMARY : The King of Rohan is young, but already a legend in the War of the Ring. But Lothír, the youngest Prince of Dol Amroth, is preoccupied with the King for other reasons. Why, for instance, does his strange, smooth chin seem incapable of growing a beard? And why do Lothír’s hands long to reach out and touch his round, moonlike face? Read on AO3
PREVIEW (CHAPTER 3) :
“Get to know me? Wha–?!” [the King] scoffed. “Well, you certainly got to know me, and you should be glad you did not get to know Gúthwinë into the bargain. What makes you think this was something you could do, without my leave? Would you do this to any other man – or woman?”
“Well, no…”
“So why me? Explain to a slow-witted Horselord, will you?

When characters at different points in Rohan's history face despair and the loss of home, poetry provides hope and a connection to the past.

PREVIEW (CHAPTER 2) :
“Why, whatever do you mean, my father?” [Lothír] opened his eyes wide, as if to drain them of all guile. “I have been looking after the troops under my command, and consorting with the Rohirrim. The Age of Men has come, and diplomatic ties between our nations are more vital than ever–”
But his father lunged at him, until his salt-and-pepper mustache was only a breath away.
“Don’t play the fool with me, my son,” he hissed, and Lothír smelled the remnants of plum pudding. “Or else do not insult me by calling it diplomacy, for your efforts are as subtle as a mûmak’s tread. What have you been doing, sniffing about, asking about the King of Rohan?”
