I think that Rumple was in NeverLand before Bae OR he knew Pan before he went there... Why would he want Henry? 

Pan either went like Hook to Never Land seeking for revenge and the boy that would help him, because he found a seer who told him that. Or in he was already in Never Land when he started he's plan for revenge.

And why does he rip of people's shadow??? There's an casted actor playing Peter Pan so the shadow should be with PP not out, maybe Rumplestilskin ripped his shadow of!

Perhaps they're brothers and then became rivals (it could explain the doll), or a second son that might be PP (highly doubt it), i would love if Rumple was a former lostboy (but no chance since his dad was a coward and he's wiffe + village knew it)...

The doll thing is what's really upsetting me here, because it cant be Bae's(1-he was too old; 2-he had nothing with by then the only thing he had could only be wendy's).

Perhaps Rumple's dad wasn't a coward but PP did something to him leaving R broken hearted and people thought he had run away, and that made him a coward. But I think Rumplestilskin wanted to know what had happened to his dad and then he found it was Peters fault and blablabla byebyeshadow...

What I mean with all of this crazy stuff, is that PP already wanted Henry before Bae arrived, so the conflict had to be older... (i saw a wicked "theorie" that Rumple is Peter Pan's son... well to start i dont think Pan had the required hormones or wtv at the time, but i dont really know how old he's suposed to be as a kid/teen. there are kids being partents at the age of 11 so...) ouat is pretty wicked we gotta keep all options open, who knows he might be tinkerbell's son since she has a connection with someone on the comic con painel table (and he had to be there before...)XD
