A moist and fluffy vegan vanilla cake made without eggs, milk, or butter. This crazy cake is incredibly easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 tablespoon white vinegar. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 1 cup cold water.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In an 8-inch square baking pan, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Create three wells in the dry ingredients one large and two small. Pour vanilla extract into the large well, vinegar into one small well, and vegetable oil into the other small well. Pour cold water over everything and mix until just combined. Smooth the batter in the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
