So let me circle back to mid-October. I was in a slump— a no good, negative feelings all the time, complaining about everything kind of slump. I have a tendency to be a “yes” woman in my career, and it was definitely taking its toll on me physically and mentally. I received my Hot Coco Box from @creamandcoco on a Saturday and to be quite honest, I’d forgotten all about it. Boy, was it right on time! It was a box dedicated to self-care!
