TL:DR I adopted a cat. Caramel Macchiato. Macchiato means to mark. Usually the foam is marked with espresso, but in a Caramel Macchiato, the foam is marked with both espresso and caramel. This seemed like a fitting name for this cat as his cream colored fur is marked with light caramel stripes. So while I was fostering kittens, I was in and out of petsmart a bunch to get catfood. They carried Salmon pate' fancy feast, which was the kittens favorite, mixed with some KMR and hot water. Anywho, while I was at petsmart, I saw this cat and had to meet him. Went through so many loops just to pet him, which took over a week. He had been there for three weeks when we went in and we were the only ones who put in an adoption application for this boy. Well, I fell in love with him instantly and adopted him. The crazy part for me is that, he is a one year old, cream point Balinese. Unlikely a purebred, but I don't care about those things. So This is Caramel Macchiato, or Macchi(maki) for short. . #cat #feline #siamese #balinese #creampoint #longhair #caramelmacchiato #adoptdontshop #tara #theanimalrescuealliance #adoption #creampointbalinese https://www.instagram.com/p/CR9GAwvLGas/?utm_medium=tumblr
