hey sorry to bother but it's been a while since a made gifs what are the dimensions the cool kids are using these days?

hey it’s no problem love! i use 

540px x 300px for gifsets like these

268px x 268px for sets like this

268 x 400 for these

177 x 177 for sets of nine (with 178 x 177 for middle gifs so theyre not blurry) dont currently have a personal set example but

177 x 300 for these (again with 178 width in the middle, any set of nine needs 178 x 177 in order for no blurriness)

hey so I wanna do user aesthetics (they’d look like this)  the only rules are:

Heyy how are you? Feeling a bit lonely, wishing I could come out as bi to my parents but am scared of the reaction..I have supportive friends I've told, but I'm very close to my parents and tired of the distance. Any suggestions on how to bring it up, what to say, and answers to any questions they might have? Thank you!!

hey!! sorry about answering this so late :( im okay, im lonely too. when i came out to my parents it was through emotional distress and i dont want anyone to have to come to that decision in panic bc its not a fun memory or discussion in that state.

A way to bring it up if youre someone who relates their world to the current world, you could branch off of tr*mps anti lgbt thing with something positive? unless theyre strictly anti lgbt or pro trump then i wouldnt advise that route.

had i known how i was going to come out and when, i wouldve eased up to my parents, meaning that i wouldve gotten their opinion on the matter first so i could soften the blow if i needed to you know? 

for instance, i asked my mom and dad if they had any lgbt friends or classmates through high school or college (this was post coming out bc again i felt as if my coming out wasnt really official) and saw how they described the people they knew growing up who were lgbt. even if your parents responses arent great, dont pressure them as to why as that could make the situation hostile.

some things you could do to/ways to come out are (these are my suggestions, but im sure theyre more out there):

plainly saying it

asking the question “how would you feel if i was _____”

leading into the conversation with a related topic (such as two things since bi means two, the comparison is fluid enough to ease into another bi topic) 

mention the community

be subtle about it (wear pride colors, point them out when you see them)

some questions your parents might have about bisexuality are:

are you sure/are you sure you're not confused, etc.?

you can respond to this by being confident and explaining to them how you feel about the two genders, that they are separate but in the end you enjoy them both the same.

what does it mean/which genders does it pertain to?

the definition of bi and their gender preference are generally the same all around (bi meaning liking both the female and male sex) but ive seen it used sometimes in other fashions.

are you still bi even if you date the opposite sex?

yes. bisexuality doesn't vanish simply because you happen to be in a straight or gay relationship.

what about trans people? how do they fit in?

again this is different for people, but generally speaking they are to be included because unless youre a terf (or a male terf?? like the trans male version of terf??) you accept them without hesitation, as you should! (note: if the person reading this is a terf youre not welcome here, pls unfollow me)
