Inspired by #opera & #theatre they used fashion as a means to express ideas as well as to assert their individuality - it was the birth of #eccentricity #fashionasart is the creation of history through clothing as heirlooms - fashion with romance! The Queen’s 1961 Norman Hartnell gown, recently remodelled for her granddaughter’s wedding creating an #iconic gown that will live on beyond us all. To create a fashion piece that will be treasured & passed down generations into eternity & take on a life of its own - weaving its way into history is beyond #sustainablefashion -It is Art As Fashion - as clothing acquires a history of its own: attending parties, featuring in love-affairs naughty trysts #adventures #protests #scandals heartbreak & sorrows.
