When I joined CPS, I realised that there is a need for community. Everyone knew this but none came forward. I really felt that I cannot be a self-sabotaging slacker. I sought to people for help, advice, suggestions and thoughts. With a little creative, outside-the-box thinking, I did bring everyone together. Trust me ! It’s not an easy job. But every moment of nervousness reflects and imbues a lot grit and growth mindset. Today, I am able to dilate it to more than 200 project management people together. For me, it’s a small stone with a huge success and a drive to make a difference. This, however, could only be possible with some amazingly awesome people (professors, academic staff and my college mates) around. As I graduate, I felt that I need to bring project managers who manage a team of builders, designers, coders and creators together. I am so elated to say that it was Houseful !!
