Everyone please meet Kenya, the most sweetest and docile Great Dane you will ever meet! When @jasonblonde mentioned his idea on how he wanted to shoot with Kenya I was so excited! * * Just reflecting on this whole shoot reminded me when I clinically took care of animals including dogs, cats, rhesus macaques (non-human primates), wildlife, and livestock animals when I was studying and working in the veterinary field at UC Davis as an undergrad. After years of studying and working in this field, I became overwhelmed and exhausted from nonstop grueling days and nights and from the political battles. After I finished school I needed a break. Due to a variety of life circumstances my interests has changed. I changed. I started to get into modeling right after I finished school and next thing I knew one of my new passions was modeling, acting, and just creating art. This does NOT mean I stopped having a passion to love and care for animals (as I still care for two kitties myself)! This just means my life goals has changed for the better and I would not change a thing about it. I know some people may judge and mistaken the reasons why I got into modeling was for the wrong reasons just to be "famous" or maybe searching for certain attention from others. My main reason really was to just create and express different values and ideas to the world to help and inspire people this way instead. I learned so many new life experiences and personal growth over the years working in this industry that it made me stronger than I ever was before. Now, here I am working as a full time model and Actress as my career and meshing my two passions together in this epic photo shoot.
