i just got some water color pencils i want to test them out but i dont know what to draw, help a girl out

The first thing I seriously painted in a long time. I tried to recreate a shirt I saw at NASA.

Not trying to steal it, just practicing my skills

@rappin-drakken the dragonfly is probably my favorite, the picture doesn’t do it justice 

@seekingsquake I liked how the butterfly turned out! I even added a little flower

@do-u-remembuh the owl got a little messed up cause the masking fluid just ripped the paper :(

I also like my red cap, he looks like he would be in a kids book to me. like the very hungry caterpillar or something

hey friends, give me some idea of what i should paint to practice water color!

i mostly do animals and im not great so keep that in mind

art makes me so mad cause everyones art is SO good and mine is so... not. all art is is lines and shapes and colors, why cant i make my lines and shapes and color look good??
