SXSW Apple Music House | Apple Music

Apple x Creatrs paired up again at their Music House in Austin. But this time we faced a solid challenge: at such a well-covered event, how do we make the work stand out? We shot the performers on real film cameras and went 3D to make stereoscopic GIFs, making the performer portraits pop. We also played with layout, which lent an editorial fashion look to the styling. No doubt the strategy paid off, I mean, this stuff looks good.

It’s New York Fashion Week and for the third time, Creatrs and Unilever got together to celebrate their mutual love of all things hair. This series captures on and off runway looks, including cinemagraphs, style portraits, and polaroids. Stay chic, friends.

70 Venues at SXSW | Tumblr

The tacos. The mosh. The endless wristbands. This is what it looks like when Creatrs does SXSW. To capture the energy of Austin, we enlisted a diverse team of artists—a photographer, a writer, a GIF artist, and an illustrator—to collaborate on a series of vibrant pieces. Over 5 days, the artists went to 107 venues, created over 50 pieces, all of which could be found across 7 Tumblrs. Each piece felt like a digital postcard, welcoming you to Austin and its wonder and weird. The resulting reblogs were astounding, reaching into the hundreds of thousands, the people wanted more. Thanks for the memes, SXSW.
