So have I mentioned that I love the fact that my clients are as quirky as me! 🤗 made this Red Jasper ring for a client of mine and I had sent her a sketch with two silver elements curving over the stone and she immediately said "can you turn those curves into snakes? " just made my day! I love creating small creatures, dragonflies are an all time favorite of mine. These snakes however are a first for me. I used tiny clear CZs for the eyes and voila! SOLD! Happy Nudibranch Necklace and Chick-a-dee Earrings. Super happy that they have found a good home. The earrings are little birds carved in brass and hand etched. The nudibranch (aka sea slug) necklace is hand carved and painted brass. It represents a member of the Chromodoris species, a type of gastropod. When it lifts its body up to peak around, it looks like it's smiling. But those are not its eyes or mouth. They are actually just part of the nudibranch's body pattern.
