Somewhere in the world there is a creek beneath a mountain that’s just deep enough and calm enough to swim in. It’s a short hike to get there and it’s mine. In the summertime I swim in in it and lay out on a big rock in the sun to dry off. My hair dries frizzy and I am happy.
