We have come to the end of yet another fransweek. Looking back on these past eight years, a sweet nostalgia surrounds me. Many wonderful artists joined us, and just as many left. But despite all this lynching and dramas after seeing people who still pursue what they love fills me with hope. To whoever is reading this, thank you. Thank you for from your contributions to this fandom, thank you for being a part of this wonderful family. I hope together with all of you next year will be an even better fransweek 💙❤️

A small vent

Over the past two years, I’ve found myself empathizing with baby boomers. Why? Because while everyone else is moving forward, I feel like I’m standing still and stuck at some point in the past. Most people are leaving ut fandom, moving on to new ones or focusing on real life, and so on—but what about me? I’ve been stuck in the same fandom and shipping the same two characters for nine years... Man... I would do anything to make things go back to the way they used to be. Song covers, dozens of people participating in Fransweek, comic dubs, and more… The game’s most popular ship has now become its most hated ship, and here we are, just a handful of people left. I guess I’ll never make any progress, and when all of you leave here, I’ll still be here and wawe my hand for you. That’s all from Creepyface for today. Take care whoever you are.

Kinda of a weird ask but have you ever tried or thought about asking artists that deleted their old accounts/art in the past but are still active online in someway to re-upload their art whether it be on a separate account/platform or share a folder of their old art to you in which you can re-upload it yourself?

There's been a few times that I've wanted to make that kind of ask but feel hesistant because it may come off as intrusive.

Felt like dropping this ask to you because in recent memory, you've actually talked about past artists who disappeared in someway. Feel like that aside from a few exceptions, when an artist just disappears, community reaction is usually really quiet, never really see anything like people asking what happened to the artist or other artists who at least can be considered mutuals not really giving any acknowledgement or notice to their disappearance, at least publicly.

To be honest, I was happy you asked this question. It’s nice to see people out there who are like me. As for your question, I’ve thought about this too, and I’ve expressed this request to some artists, but most of them either said they’d left the fandom or declined to avoid bringing back bad memories. If there’s an artist you’re hesitant to ask, just let me know via DM—I’d be happy to talk to them. Thx for your question have a good day ^^

Where was i

Yes, I knew I hadn't been around for a year. It was because of adult life and college (I don't think anyone can claim it was easy). After I got things sorted out a bit and After seeing a few more of my favorite artists delete their accounts, I decided to come back here. I'll be systematically reblogging any remaining art here from now on.
