Despite being a part of Nakamura, Creme is extremely hard to anger so expressions like this are rare. Hurting those he loves and cares about is a very easy way to gain his ire.

“.....” Takuma resigned when he sees the added gift will be in all the boys Christmas stockings this year thanks to Creme.

Takuma absolutely loves snow and winter but doesn’t care much about Christmas as he hasn’t had a reason to celebrate much since he was a small child, and even then his holidays were tense. Creme gets all the close knit boys a personalized stocking with Takuma’s card every year since he’s definitely the better gift giver.

“Did you go over for work and end up sleeping again? Hmmm....?”

“I don’t have any idea what you’re talking about.”

“Oh, Takuma dear, you can lie to Miyasaki and he pretends to believe you sometimes, but you should know better with me. I want detailssss! You look so rested!”

“You’re wasting your time, nothing to tell.”

“Why do I work in these conditions!?”

"You had me at cookies, but lost me at Christmas" She wrinkled her nose up at the prospect of having to make them. Christmas cookies as far as she understood were boring, bland, plain sugar cookies doused in icing in hopes to salvage and try and pass it off as a sweet treat.

"Why don't make something like..actually appetizing?"

“Because it’s christmas time. Christmas. Time. Don’t ruin this for me.” Creme chastises, reaching over to pinch his friend’s hip with a laugh. “You’ll have fun I promise. Besides, I’m gonna make lots of delicious food so you don’t even need to eat the cookies. Just decorate with us. I’m dragging some other’s from work too.”

“come ooooon. Do it for meeee?”

“You’re really planning to buy so many books that you need the extra hands?” Zander blows a cloud of smoke out, free hand in his pocket as he walks beside the shorter male. Honestly he doesn’t mind tagging along at all, or to be used as pack mule so to speak. He’s more worried about Creme buying too many books.

The blonde laughs, heels clinking on the pavement as his feet move at double the speed of Zander’s to stay walking the same speed. “Well no, I won’t be buying enough for two people’s armfuls. But if I take you with me I don’t need to carry any!”

Ah...the plan revealed. Zander shakes his head with a short laugh, moving a head so he can get the door and hold it open for him, putting out the rest of his cig. “Well lucky for you, I don’t mind at all. I like books. Maybe I’ll poke around.” He didn’t do much reading these days but it didn’t mean he didn’t enjoy it sometimes. 

“Hello!” Creme, ever the friendly face, greets the shop keep as they enter. “You’re still open for a bit yes? We came as soon as work ended for the day.”

Both Anri and Creme look up at the “would be” intimidating figure as they approach the desk. Would be because this was no ordinary financial group, and people like Duncan were hardly anything new. So Creme smiles instead, giving a small, welcoming wave and brushing some hair back from his face.

“Welcome! You wouldn’t happen to be Duncan by chance, would you?” The new hired help that Takuma had added on board. With the holiday season right around the corner, people were even crazier about breaking in to financial buildings like this once. Extra security was definitely important. “You can call me Creme.” He holds out a hand.
