Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 large eggs. 1 1/4 cups milk. 2 tablespoons melted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup heavy cream. 4 ounces cream cheese, softened. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Zest of 1 orange. 1 tablespoon orange juice. 1 teaspoon orange extract. Confectioners' sugar, for dusting. Fresh orange slices and chocolate shavings for garnish.
Instructions: Mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt together in a bowl using a whisk. To the eggs in a different bowl, beat them. Then, add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Combine well. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together slowly while whisking the batter until it is smooth. Add the chocolate chips and mix them in. Put a nonstick skillet on medium heat and use cooking spray or butter to lightly coat it. Put a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl it around to make it spread out evenly. For one to two minutes, or until the edges begin to lift, cook. Then flip and cook for another one to two minutes. Do it again with the rest of the batter. Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form. When the cream cheese is soft, add the powdered sugar, orange zest, orange juice, and orange extract. Beat the mixture in a different bowl until it is smooth. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture slowly until it is well mixed. Put some of the orange cream cheese whipped cream filling on top of each chocolate crepe. Then, either fold them in half or roll them up. On top, put fresh orange slices and chocolate shavings and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Enjoy your tasty chocolate crepes with orange cream cheese whipped cream filling right away!
