Gluten Free Carrot Cake Recipe
This Sacral Chakra Smoothie is designed to balance and nourish your sacral chakra, associated with creativity and emotional well-being. It's a delicious blend of orange, carrot, sweet potato, and warming spices.
Ingredients: 1 ripe orange, peeled and segmented. 1 carrot, peeled and chopped. 1 small sweet potato, cooked and cooled. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1/2 tsp ground ginger. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional. Ice cubes optional.

Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a fork can easily pierce it. Use the glaze to baste the salmon as it cooks. Be careful when taking the salmon off the grill on the cedar plank. If you want, you can serve the Maple Mustard Glazed Planked Salmon hot with fresh herbs on top.
