What I'm just saying is that if Crew-Ra had waited only two more seasons to drop the Princess Prom episode, Entrapta would have chosen to go with Hordak one way or another, and the Alliance wouldn't have been able to say anythig against it because of the Prom's rules
Jacob Tobia is a gift (AMA)
everyone say “Thank you Noelle.”
thought I'd share my creation

so what’s next?
i haven’t looked into anything, so someone has probably already made a similar post or all this has already been debunked by the crew, but whatever
possible spoilers for she-ra season 5
s5 ended very finally. i liked it! it was a happy, open ended ending, where the viewer could imagine whatever kind of life they wanted for the protagonists going forward! would i like more she-ra? mmmmmaybe. depending a lot on time skips and story telling, i wouldn’t want the show to drag on too long.
so what would i like to see from the crew-ra next? a he-man prequel series.
we know adora, in the source material, is adam (he-man)’s twin sister. in spop, she was pulled through time and space onto etheria. and in spop, we have mara as she-ra, displaying that the ability is a sort of title passed down, and mentions of a rebellion against her own people - Rebel Squad Greyskull.
so here’s my proposal: Mara was a failed hero of the First Rebellion, her and her squad disappearing with Etheria, which was one of the First One’s greatest sources for magical energy. Greyskull was secretly buried in the annals of history and time by the First Ones leaders. A pair of twins are born, one destined to inherit the powers of He-Man, the other She-Ra. A magical anomaly, a tragic event, steals away the future She-Ra, the Princess of Power, leaving the First Ones with only her brother. She-Ra becomes a myth in the time it takes Adam to grow up, a hero who disappeared and was never reborn. Does Adam know She-Ra/Adora was his sister? I’d say no, he finds out much later that he had a sister.
Adam is trained for his entire life to come into the power of He-Man, taught how to control and regulate, compassion for his people and hatred for their enemies (the Horde, that is getting off their feet). Just as Adam has accepted that power (or maybe before), he learns of the deception by his teachers, his leaders. How they’re draining other planets dry for their own prosperity, how their “colonies” displace and disparage native communities, how there was a full scale rebellion against their regime. How he had a sister, She-Ra, Adora, that no one ever thought to tell him about.
Angry, disenfranchised, Adam joins Greyskull, the rebellion that lives on underground, building supplies and weapons and soldiers to fight their own people. He has the means to become He-Man, but his emotional conflict stops him from transforming, from harnessing that power. Eventually, as civil war breaks out, as the Horde begins to attack distant colonies, being Adam isn’t enough. He has to become He-Man if they have any hope of survival.
But we know he isn’t going to be enough. We, as the audience, know the Horde wipe out the First Ones, that they don’t survive. It’s a doomed effort. Except. Maybe Greyskull, He-Man, flee to a deserted, desperate planet at the farthest reaches of the galaxy, the last of their kind, hiding, waiting. They don’t flourish, but they survive. And word of a rebellion reaches their ears. On Etheria, a name that had once been lost to history, and spreading to other planets that hold out hope against the Horde. And then: She-Ra.
May I make a suggestion for the Crew-ra? A YouTube mini-series featuring the adventures of Melog and Swift Wind.
Both are emotionally connected to their human(ish) best friends and they bond over it.
Bonus points if Swift Wind can’t understand Melog and just assumes what they’re saying but Melog can understand Swift Wind. Cue Melog looking into the camera like they’re on the office.
