Law enforcement, SWAT team packing up after a standoff at an apartment complex today. Ended peacefully and took the mother coming on scene to speak with the suspect for him to surrender. The man arrested was wanted in connection to a Tuesday shooting. He's now charged with attempted murder. Later, I spoke with the man who rendered aid to the victim of the shooting before paramedics arrived. He held a towel over his chest as he was bleeding from the gunshot wound.
