Finally, that day came. It was a day when Goro finally decided to actually go and meet Akira after more than four years of not seeing him. Not only that, though, he was pretty certain Akira still thought he was dead. How did Goro feel about the upcoming meeting? Very, very nervous. Honestly, he didn’t know how the other was going to react to seeing him after so much time, to find out he was alive all that time. Was he going to be angry? Who knows... No matter though, Goro needed to finally see him in order to proceed with his own development, no matter how small or insignificant it might be. 

And so, there he was there, in front of the Cafe Leblanc door. He wasn’t really certain if he was going to meet Akira there (for all the knew, he could have already moved out, worked somewhere else, not visited the cafe anymore - it had been a long time, after all) but there was a possibility.

Taking a deep breath and making a polite smile appear on his face, he opened the door and stepped inside.

Kuraim didn’t mean to interrupt the other’s sleep, but he was really in need of his company as the nightmare he had earlier terrified him so much. Nightmares weren’t anything new to him since he has gotten them pretty often in the past, but none of them were as intense as this one. It would only be understandable for him to get like this since it has been a while since the last time he’s gotten one, but something just didn’t click to it this time.

He silently lays on the bed as soon as his boyfriend provided him some room on the small bed. The musician didn’t want to make it obvious that he was weeping, so he remained as quiet as he could without letting a sob escape his lips. However, the comfort provided has successfully calmed him down enough to speak out his thoughts to respond to his boyfriend’s question.

He quietly said,

“Akira...I-I d-don’t know if this is true or not but...”

His voice began to shake as he spoke.

“A-Am I-I really a f-freak of nature?”

“I’m guessing you want to replace reading with cuddling.” Noah joked lightly with a small blush on her face. She really couldn’t take this ‘hardened criminal’ seriously when he was like this. Like, honestly, he was just a big cuddle monster or maybe that’s just with her? She reached up and gently ran a hand through his fluffy hair as his chin rested on her shoulder. “And people think you’re scary.” she teased lightly. It was a nice break though from school, ever since they started dating the rumor mill went a little nuts. People avoided her but she didn’t voice this to Akira as she was more or less used to being an outsider. She was with people who matter to her and that was just fine. Though lately Akira seemed a little out of it, like he didn’t get enough sleep or she could have sworn she saw a couple of bruises. Again, Noah hadn’t voiced this to Akira yet but it concerned her. Was she thinking too much into it?

There was a disgusted look of irritation Caroline’s face. She looked grumpier than usual. “Took you long enough to wake up, Inmate!”

Justine tapped her clipboard, keeping a steady gaze on him. “We need to talk about your confidant links, Inmate. It appears you have been doing well..for the most part. However, there is an imbalance that has me concerned. Are you certain you can trust all of those whom you have connected with?”

Kuraim placed a hand on his mouth in attempt to muffle his laughter as soon as he heard his boyfriend’s question. He thought it was kinda cute to see Akira in this state despite the fact that his glasses were in a rather obvious place. The musician sneakily took the other's glasses with his free hand and quickly hid them under the pillow. He took a moment to glance at the other male right before proceeding to do his little trick.

“What if I told you...” 

He reached his hand under the pillow and carefully pulled out the specs.

“They’re right here~”

He said as he held the item right in front of his boyfriend.

❝ C’mere, I’ll fix you up. ❞

Noah sighed slightly as she went up to him and sat next to him, a bruise forming on her cheek. She saw a couple if guys harrassing a women and she stepped in. She got hit but she managed to get the drunks down with ease. The irony of this being the same thing Akira went through wasn’t lost on her. “I sorry I scared you. It’s not too bad.”

🔮Do they believe in soul mates?

Noah is a romantic and wants to believe so but she is actually on the fence about it. Actual relationships require work and care, to just have it handed it to you feels like cheating somewhat. She does believe there are people out there for her though.

“PUMPKIN SPICE!” (I'm convinced Akira is just that sort of basic bitch x'D)

Kuraim was spacing off to his little world for a moment until he felt his ears twitch at the sound of Akira’s sudden shout. In response, he jolted from his seat, nearly falling off the chair, and quickly turned around to face his boyfriend.

“Pumpkin spice? You mean a pumpkin spice latte?”, Kuraim replied with a puzzled look on his face. He continued;

“We can go buy one if you like…I mean, I wouldn’t mind that at all.”

He then proceeded to awkwardly look around the room to fetch his wallet.
