Ingredients: 4 cups grated carrots. 1 cup raisins. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Instructions: Grate the carrots and add the raisins to a large bowl. Mix the mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a different bowl using a whisk until everything is well mixed.
