RIP 'No Longer the Villain'

Although it may have been a bit problematic in hindsight, it was the first Synlet fic I read and I still can pictures scenes quite clearly in my mind.

Sadly, it has been taken down at some point by the author. Well, that's their prerogative. I am still saddened by the news, though. That fic represented some good times in my life.

Why I like them: Because Ned's a fucking psycho and Lucy helps get the point across. 

Why I don’t: There is no reason to hate Lucy stop making me try to think of one

Favorite episode (scene if movie/book): Ned tapping her on the ground to show Hassan and Charlie and Marina that she's not a real leg

Favorite season/movie: If there was a movie about Lucy I'd be so happy

Favorite line: (Said by Ned about Lucy) "Unorthodox and slightly risque improvised melee weaponry."

Favorite outfit: She's a leg she don't get no outfit

Why I like them: He's a really well-done character who appeals a lot to me and he's very unique and sexy

Why I don’t: I think Ohba and Obata should have thought out his backstory more and played out his history a bit. I don't like his ambiguous past, I think it should have been brought up less vaguely after ep. 25

Favorite episode (scene if movie/book): Though my favorite episode of DN is 19, my favorite episode of L is probably 10, 6 or the one where Ukita dies (forgetting the number temporarily, sorry ;-;)

Favorite season/movie: The first Relight, I think

Favorite line: "Say what you will, but I'm taking your cake." is probably my most quoted of his lines, but he says so many priceless things it's hard to pick my favorite

Favorite outfit: Does he ever wear anything else?

OTP: I don't seriously ship L with anyone, to be honest, but maybe LxChell. Crossovers be damned.

Head Canon: L was abandoned by his parents because he was born on Halloween and they were superstitious

An oh-god-please-dont-ever-happen: Don't have him fall in love and do something stupid because "Oh I love her oochie-wubby do!" Blech.
