Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore Easy and delicious :)

Good crockpot recipe.

Ingredients:

1 whole Chicken 1 can Stewed Tomatoes 1 can Tomato sauce 2 cloves Garlic diced 1 medium Onion diced 2 stalks Celery chopped 1 teaspoon Oregano 1/2 teaspoon Sweet Basil 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary 1/2 teaspoon Cilantro 1 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation: Mix tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add all other ingredients. Place chicken in crockpot and pour mixture over chicken. Place crockpot on High until mixture begans to boil. Turn crockpot to Low and let simmer during the day. When ready to serve, test to ensure that chicken is done, serve over pasta or rice.

Note: Chicken parts of your choice may be substitued for the whole chicken.
