After the incident in Act 2 of Voltron: Global Military Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism Unit, Keith was leaving the team without saying goodbye but Shiro manage to catch up to him and tries to stop him from leaving knowing it wasn't his fault. As the guilt continues to consume Keith, he still walks away.
