Well here is friends/family my before and better 😁 Dec 26, 2018 was the day I finally told myself enough is enough. I’ve lost about 36lbs this year which doesn’t seem like a lot but I also gained hella muscle this year. Before drinking ketones, I’ll admit I’ve fell off track a couple times this year. Due to a month of traveling and my birth control causing me crazy mood swings that lead to a couple panic attacks 🙃 (quit the BC) I had gotten to 198lbs before my last panic attack and unfortunately binge ate and I’ve been stuck between 200-205 for a couple months. I tried to go back to doing extended fasts (like 3-7days) to recover but it was more challenging especially since my workout became more intense and I started going 3 or more times per week. Since then I decided to take a chance on adding drinking ketones to my daily keto routine because i saw how much it helped my friend @dolewhips_and_dumbbells & immediately my digestion started to improve (wasn’t the best) and as the days went on I noticed my energy went way up which is great cause I need all the energy it for Crossfit!
