The only good thing about D bringing up that story of criticizing JP again is that we also got to learn that karma worked right away when she tripped and fell during her first scene and JP got run up and throw her own words back at her. Bonus for the fact that JA didn’t even help her out at first and, Instead, checked to make sure the camera man got it on film

I know what you're talking about because I saw the tweet that mentioned Jared's specific response, which was asking her if she was "going to do it that way", but I couldn't find it when going back. All I could find were these:

And yes, Danneel may have gotten in the first dig, but Jared got the last laugh, as he often does.

He did seem to really push the Danneel at cons thing this weekend. Saying he tried to get her to go for years but she claimed it was "his thing" (good cover up for 'no one wants to see me'). It doesn't feel like a concerted effort to shoehorn her into cons. They did it with SPN and it seems like they might try to do it for cons too. Which makes me wonder a few things - did he ACTUALLY want her to do cons for years? And does he ACTUALLY want her to do them now? And if so is it just for the added income? Because he honestly seems miserable in her presence so I can't imagine wanting to spend additional time with her in a fan setting where he has to pretend to like her.

I feel like a lot of what was said this con (or at least reportedly said) was just a bunch of fan service. All the talk about doing a project with Misha, doing more cons, having multiple things in development, having Danneel attend more cons, etc. was just a bunch of fan service. It's the same as J2 talking about the future SPN reboot at nearly every con. Give the people what they want to hear and they'll come back.

I doubt on a personal level that Jensen wants to be around Danneel more than he has to (which may be why she didn't attend cons in the past), but if it's more than fan service, I think you're right that it would be more about the money than the actual con. The only project we know Jensen is currently attached to is Rust. Beyond that, he has his music and the conventions. There's still no 'press release' about his new project despite having teased it in Las Vegas two months ago, which makes me wonder if the project either fell through, or his involvement in it did.

Well, it looks like they have TWO panels together (sat and sun) so that is going to be a mess. If they don't start snapping and talking over each other in the first one, there is always time for it in the second! Or like at upfronts where she was basically not allowed to talk and just stood there while he took the majority of the questions. The one time I saw her speak up he looked soooo annoyed with her.

I’m sure if the questions were extemporaneous, we’d see a repeat of NYCC. But questions are being solicited ahead of time which allows the moderator to screen them. For all we know, Jensen and Danneel may even get a copy of the questions to approve and prepare their answers ahead of time. If they do take some audience questions, they’ll be in a room full of supporters so I don’t think they’ll have to answer anything hard-hitting.

However it turns out, I’m sure there’ll be some version of Danneel running the household and Jensen just waiting for that press release to announce his next project. Oh, and CMP will have multiple diverse ideas on the table that they’re running past the network.

sawceofficial it was v nice to end the year with a great show ❤️ thank you to everyone who checked us out and to Anthony for having us. so happy we could finally have the full lineup together for a show before the year ends. thanks to everyone who supported our “comeback” this year. can’t believe we finally released an album and played a bunch of shows. what’s weird is i have nothing planned ahead. zero shows scheduled. zero release plans. will it fill up? idk! but gonna take advantage of this time to work on other things, maybe work on music with others. looking forward to a bountiful 2024 🫡 📸 @.miklemeagher and @.skytheriver
