Thanks to @YvesSaintLaRonn, for insisting that I put aside my longstanding anti-vegan sentiments and come to the grand opening of @CrossroadsKitchen at @ResortsWorldLV. I am rather pleased to report that at no time did the thought of spitting out ANY of Chef Tal Ronnen's vegan fare even cross my mind (a first for me with anything plant-based): I even waylaid one of the servers, at one point, just so I could grab another one of the passed Housemade Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwiches (presented on grilled buns with peppers, onions, and Cleveland stadium mustard).
