The only reason I wasn't an Elfquest fangirl was because there were no fangirls yet. No internet. No fandom. Just me and my best friend, who was a boy, in a little rural town. But we had a comic book store!
Haha, my comic book store knew me on sight! As soon as I walked in they would tell me if they had a new issue or not. I got in on the second wave, when Warp started publishing new material in the 90s, so I had the baby version of today’s internet fandom. AoL, IRC, mailing lists... So many Elfquest RPs....

as far as the smell thing like. i was thinking about it and Al definitely smells like Al. like there must be a smell particular to every human being. and i can’t think of what Winry smells like exactly but i’ve got this sort of instinctive recollection that it’s specific to her, right?

I have friends in the secretarial pool at headquarters. All the girls there (and the two guys) say you have the body of a Xerxesian god under that baggy uniform, but you are also rumored to be the laziest s.o.b. in the army. How do you maintain such hot bod?
I was going to respond with “you’re too kind” until I read the second half of that sentence. I may not like paperwork, but I work like mad -- with lots of overtime -- when I feel it’s important. My dignity may not survive your cruelty.
As for my “hot bod,” that, too, is maintained with constant diligence. Usually in the evenings when I get home from work I go for a long run, then head to the gym to lift weights, then run back home before showering and undertaking my activities for the evening. On weekends, I often take hand-to-hand refresher courses offered at headquarters.
It wouldn’t do for me to let a little thing like a desk job throw me off my game, would it?

I think it's lovely that you are giving out some sound advice on sex, as well as bragging about your exploits in the bedroom. The exploits are lovely too.
Why thank you! It’s good to know that others are having as much fun reading about it as I am writing it.
As for the advice — I’ve just heard some horrible stories (and made my share of mistakes as well) and I don’t want anyone else to have to go through that. My contribution may be small, but if it helps anyone, then I will consider the time spent more than worthwhile.
