One's a fired professor of psychology turned supervillain with a penchant for gassing people with a chemical that causes you to experience your worst fear, and the other's a time-travelling dimension-hopping art student who gained the power to manipulate reality yet is completely unaware of the extent of their power and who has really intense emotional issues
