先日は@brift.h_aoyama のトランクショーにお越しいただきありがとうございました。 #crownclownhat #bespoke #hat #ordermade #madebyorder 何の写真かさっぱりですが、こちらはオーダーの木型です。人の頭も十人十色、天然乾燥の銀杏の木を頭の形に整形します。 銀杏の木型は関東の職人さんの流れのようですが、湿度に強い、狂いが少ない、加工しやすいなど帽子の木型には相性の良い材木です。 一般的な木材としてはあまり流通していないので、木型から帽子を作るって贅沢です。 ちなみに左が既製品用、右が個人別のオーダー品になります。 https://www.instagram.com/p/CNl3gizrfs5/?igshid=18209j0h1433b
